Rita joined Just Access in 2024 as Pedagogical Advisor, and is helping Just Access to design ad deliver education programmes on human rights.

Rita worked for social insurance for many years in various functions, including press and public relations as well as in the political field. She also spent several years working for several educational organisations and was responsible for funding management at a social services provider. She holds a bachelor’s degree in health communication and an MA in Career Guidance and Organisational Development.
