With a background in democracy, rights, governance and advocacy, Nalenhle brings a wealth of experience in fostering youth engagement and empowerment. She is skilled in people management, resource mobilization, communication, data analysis, research, and monitoring and evaluation. Nalenhle has been instrumental in driving impactful initiatives with experiences ranging across networks and organizations in Zimbabwe, Kenya, Mauritius, Germany and the UK. Beyond her professional endeavors, Nalenhle is deeply committed to fostering sustainable development through the empowerment of marginalised communities. Nalenhle is fluent in six languages, including English, German, and Swahili, and prides herself in her embodiment of a pan-African spirit, advocating for unity and progress across the continent.
